Ingush brothers kidnapped

Vladikavkaz/Agency Caucasus – Two Ingush brothers were kidnapped in North Ossetia on the night of July 25 by seven unidentified men while the two brothers were driving some 200 meters away from the border of Ingushetiya, Interior Ministry of North Ossetia said in its statement.

Jebrail, 22, and his brother Ruslan, 20, were forced to get in a Jiguli car and leave the area after they were made to stop and abandon their car.
A friend of them, aged 20, was travelling with the Ingush brothers, too; he was left untouched however. Although the reason behind the kidnapping remains unknown, there is fear that the two brothers were kidnapped as a way of forcing their father who runs a company to pay ranson for their release.
Officials said that the suspected people spoke the Ingush language. Security officers of both North Ossetia and Ingushetiya carry on with their investigation into the incident.
